I seriously think he is one of them Christian religious types who are gay & hide it

Forgot to add Joel as a tag oops

https://mobile.twitter.com/joeltory
Says here he is a christian
There has been plenty of church pastors going on Grindr (gay app) & getting exposed because they are too scared to come out.

Now I'm a gay guy not feminine but my gaydar pings at Joel so badly & my 'gaydar' isnt really active much due to my own issues round it.

Does anyone else agree?

Rob! 06-06-2015 01:27 AM

Tbh, if I had to comment on Joel's sexuality I would say that he probably has ultra conservative parents or something.

Rob! 06-06-2015 02:20 AM

Urgh. I mean, I love Joel but his Twitter is horrific. If I was in the house I'd be having no end of political arguments with him.

Xtopher 06-06-2015 02:24 AM

HE IS. My gaydar won't let it down.

JTM45 06-06-2015 02:33 AM

Oh dear ****!!!!!
Anyone who doesn't have the intelligence to know where a chicken egg comes from yet thinks we pay any notice to his view on "Scrapping the Human Rights Act" is clearly an utter knob!!!!
Throw in the '@JoelTory' handle and the penchant for christianity and you can really see why the Tories would be waiting for someone like him, arms wide open!

The first two things i remember him saying in the house that rung alarm-bells for me were;
Asking Aaron if his Homosexuality was a choice.
Asking what people though about 'The Church' saying that it was wrong to be gay.

I couldn't help wondering if he'd been talking to any Americans on Facebook or Twitter or something. They seem to love to give their 'opinions' on such matters.:idc:

GLENN BILL BB7 06-06-2015 02:34 AM

I reckon he is gay, His face when Cristian, Marc and Danny were striping, He was laughing but I know he secretly loved it LOL

Mystic Mock 06-06-2015 02:57 AM

He might be gay, or asexual.

But my god even by Tory standards his tweets are horrifying.:umm2:

How is that vile? He's not opposed to people having rights, just that a nation should decide what those are instead of some supranational body.

I don't know why anyone supports the Tory Party.

I don't know why anyone supports the Tory Party.

Your posts contradict each other, since it's vile because the people in charge of drawing up a new 'British Bill of Rights' would be the Tories, and more specifically Michael ****ing Gove.

I don't know why anyone supports any of the current parties.

Richkingretro 06-06-2015 03:32 AM

I know a number of gay men who support the Tory party and I honestly believe it's a sexual thing before a political thing. Don't ask me to explain why it is but I have an idea its to do with rigid control and farther figure.

Beetlejuice 06-06-2015 03:35 AM

Maybe it's because they got same sex marriage through

arista 06-06-2015 03:40 AM

"I don't know why anyone supports the Tory Party. "

I don't know anyone who supports the Dead Labour Party

What is it about him that makes you think he's gay? The way he walks? His voice? His approach? I don't understand all this "gaydar" business.

jackc1806 06-06-2015 08:48 AM

He's sits and walks and articulate like a bottom queen so my gaydar thinks so too

Articulates like a queen? You mean... you can't be smart and straight at the same time? :puzzled:

That's maybe because there isn't a dead Labour party and you know it.

Just as there wasn't a dead Conservative party between 1997 and 2004 when they held less than 170 seats in 2 elections,a position the Labour party has never been in since it was formed and before the war.

Politics is all about swings and roundabouts and the only thing dead as to either of the main 2 parties is they are 'unlikely' it seems to ever achieve over 40% of the actual votes cast in an election ever again.
Neither are they likely combined to ever achieve three quarters of the votes cast in an election again either.

As to Joel, I like him, he is only 19, he may still be finding out how he feels and thinks as to his sexuality.
That is however his affair.
As to his politics,I would now be likely not agreeing with him on most issues but would still love to talk to him as to politics.

Will. 06-06-2015 09:25 AM

He has a very split personality, most of the time he is very serious and not camp etc. Joel is an interesting housemate.
