Don't think she's jealous

I've not been paying a huge amount of attention to the HLs lately and so I've not seen Jade about that much, but from tonight's show I get the distinct impression that she's actually trying to push Nick and Harry together because she knows it'll render them both as **** HMs in the public's eyes.

She just seems so keen on them getting together and surely in that situation if you were even slightly worried as to how it'd look from the outside you'd voice that?

Yes I agree...shes playin a sly game...if you notice shes always in to see and watch every argument also..she misses nothing. Also when she has to give reasons for opinions she puts her reasoning for doing something on another housemate. Tonight it was chloe..resulting in an argument with chloe and nick...just wot shady jady wanted to happen. ....shes a sly one

Yeah exactly, but tbh that's why I've started really appreciating her as a HM. She's so sly and she's playing the game perfectly; they all hated her and now they love her because she's being a bit more coy

jennyjuniper 08-06-2015 10:21 PM

I think it's slightly creepy when she interrogates Nick about what he and Harry get up to. 'Did you touch'? and 'where did you touch'? were some of the things she was asking. Weird.

just thinkin 08-06-2015 10:23 PM

Don't agree that they all like her....its just because there are louder people to focus on...I was hink once the bigger loudmouths go..she won't be long after. Marc quietened her wen he came in ..

I dont think that was that weird, how else was she meant to ask without being vulgar, they are friends after all? and even if it was weird; she's living up to the sly biatch we all want by throwing him to the wolves (public) and getting him to actually state what happened

I don't think they do either, but I genuinely think she thinks they do, that's why she's lording it about so much

Also if she wanted harry and nick together she wud bug off and leave them to it....from tonights show it seems thats not the case at all...

Not if she wanted them to get together, but for a completely different reason than their happiness; making it very clear, on camera, that something is going on between them, knowing full well it'll definitely make them both targets for a) the house and b) the voting public. She also probably knows that if anything happens Harry is dead meat, so maybe she is jealous but is playing a very, very long game in her dealing with it.

kolyrad 08-06-2015 10:45 PM

She's a great housemate, it's too bad she barely gets airtime now with the loudmouth newbies.

I agree, although when she is on screen she's still great. Taking the piss with 'ohhh does someone in the house not like it' in her baby voice was hilaaar

bbfan1991 08-06-2015 11:18 PM

I agree. Jade is not jealous, she's been trying to get them together, even though she probably suspects that Harry is using Nick (which I do think Jade is right about).

Nick thinks he's so clever, but his gameplan is falling apart. He will drop Harry like he did to Jade if he thinks it's not coming across well to the public. I like the guy, he's playing the game like them all, fair play, but at least when he dropped Jade she's been able to have more fun and integrate herself more:).

She is not PUSHING them together she suggested that if they like each other in that way they should go for it. People were saying she was jealous a few weeks ago etc. Now we know she isn't, she is happy to be her own person and let the housemates who like each other get on with it. She still gets to spend a good bit of time with Nick who in all fairness stood by her since the very start

Lol no he didn't, he bolted for a day when noms were happening and she was hated, only to come crawling back.

If I was her I'd want him to shoot himself in the foot with this showmance, because it's painfully clear that Harry isn't into him long term

Rorkimaru 08-06-2015 11:55 PM

I think she likes the idea of them together. Nick is one of her closest friends in the house. People talk to their friends about their sex lives, it's a part of friendship. There's nothing sly about that.

Very perceptive Hannah !

I agree with you.

Some more evidence...

Whether people like gameplayers or not, personally think it's quite funny she's making them feel uncomfortable WHILE exposing fakeness.

And why shouldn't she in order to try to win ?

Good on her I say.

Tom4784 09-06-2015 12:19 AM

I don't think she's smart enough to be that much of a gameplayer tbh.

Why not? Everything she's done up to now indicates to me that she is. She's had one of the biggest (positive) in-house turnarounds that I can recall, and just looking at how she communicates strikes me as prearranged, I think it's all a game for her and she's doing a damn good job of it - clearly, as she's still there, when really she should have been toast weeks ago.

Vanessa 09-06-2015 12:28 AM

She doesn't see Nick in that way. I think she likes Cristian.

I don't think she does either, that's why she's throwing him under the bus

I think the turnaround was down to the new housemates becoming the villains rather than anything she did. I think if she was playing such a good game she wouldn't have made herself such a big target in the first place.

But surely in doing so she's made herself a standout character in the series, and gained herself fans for that alone?

the_answers 09-06-2015 12:54 AM

I think Jade changed tactics after new HMs came in cos she was unhappy but could never compete with Marc for master villain anyway.

Except Marc (often just himself !), think they're all gameplaying tbh.
But I often applaud it ! Just think some play it better than others.
Like some have a gameplan of doing little just to avoid being nommed.

Simon has personal issues but think he needs to step it up again should he stay in.

Completely agree with you. They're all playing a game, and some of their gameplaying deserves ejection for the hope of BB. Jack, Danny and Chloe being three who spring to mind.

the_answers 09-06-2015 01:09 AM

Talking of Chloe, what did you make of her throwing the glass at Marc on twist night ?

Do you think that was real or chance for her to stand up to Marc and elevate herself ?

Must admit I do LIKE Chloe a little more now than I did.
So theatrical gameplaying or not, that swings things back a bit for me.
