Cristian's wish

"i wish Simon would think more about the impact it has on others before he says things. When he nominated Jack Simon said that he was having a hard time and didn't think about the fact that he was nominating Jack. This was making Jacks times harder"

What is wrong with these people?

Simon got 6 nominations and as far as they know is up for eviction..And Cristain complains that Simon made Jack's time harder by giving him one nomination?'

The original housemates treat Simon like a dog. I don't like simon. his journey comments annoy me oh so much..but i'd be happy if he finished ahead of any and all of the original housemates. i detest them as a "gang" more and more every day

Vanessa 09-06-2015 12:42 PM

I think he didn't agree with the reason he was nominated. of course Simon can nominate who he wants.

Ashley. 09-06-2015 12:42 PM

All hypocrites.

Niamh. 09-06-2015 12:46 PM

I know right? The sense of entitlement from the oldies over the newbies is sickening

Vanessa 09-06-2015 12:53 PM

It was about the way Simon was going on about himself during nominations. Then he said it was a process they all have to go through and he will get the hang of it. That's my take on it. I like Simon, by the way.

Not the way i read it

"i wish Simon would think more about the impact it has on others before he says thing. When he nominated Jack Simon said that he was having a hard time and didn't think about the fact that he was nominating Jack. This was making Jack's time harder"

people talk about themselves nominating alllll time..."oh this is so difficult." I hate doing this"

the other half the tine they are saying nasty things about the people they nominate.

Simon got 6 nominations..and people weren't particular sweet or very concerned about the impact it had on him. the comment was totally foul in the way it put jack's feeling above Simon right to even be in the house.

We will have to agree to disagree on this. Cristian has never bitched about Simon by the way and i remember he said the housemates should stop gossiping about him.

That was so patronizing, in fact all the oldies are either telling him off or acting patronizing towards him when he's been a good boy and has behaved himself

I've seen you stick up for Cristian a lot, which is commendable in a way. But you can't just make out everything he does is perfect! He isn't perfect, nobody is. His wish was dumb and pretentious

I don't think he meant it in a nasty way. He hasn't bitched about him or been nasty to him, so i assume he gets on with him.

He did it to get approval from Jack who he believes is still popular, to keep himself ingratiated with the oldies and to keep himself in the house longer by being a little sheep.........imo

But Cristian and Jack have been friends from the start. He doesn't need his approval.

He needs to stay in that gang and licking up to Jack is a good way to do that :) There was no need for him to say that to Simon when Jack was clearly out of order in the whole nomination debacle. How dare he go on about Simon making someone feel bad for being nominated 1 time when Simon himself had practically the whole group nominating him

We will have to agree to disagree again.

If he strangled a man, you'd probably say he tripped.

perhaps ... but you don't have to be nasty to think you are better and more entitled then others and this is the behavior the original show towards Simon in particular.

This ^^^^
He wasnt speaking down to him. He was basically saying, think before you speak as just saying anything off the top of your head can offend.

But who the hell is he to tell Simon how he conducts himself during the awkwardness of something like nominations?? Especially when what he actually said as a reason for nominating Jack was the most inoffensive reason of any of the nominations done that day? Why? Because the problem wasn't why he nominated Jack, it was because he nominated jack and they were basically saying How dare you nominate jack which is cheeky and entitled

He is a HM and was doing a task, it bothered him so he made that a wish and said his wish.

Simon's reasons for nominating Jack were weak but I think Cristian gave it more as an example rather than his only reason. Simon is quite a reactionary speaker but since he's tried to be more empathetic I've liked him more. I still want him out over the others but his outbursts seem to have stopped and he's not shutting down conversation as much when he goes on the defensive. Cristian's criticism was respectful and articulate. I thought he did a good job with it.

Well he should have told the truth and just said How dare you nominate jack then :idc:
