'View latest post' not working (and a suggestion)
 

Hi,

Since this series of being on the forum I've noticed the 'last post' button on the live threads isn't working (sometimes it takes me to the right post, sometimes aaages before the last one I've read) and the bold threads (unread) aren't changing to unbold when I've read them either.

Please could you also consider adding an 'up to top' button at the bottom, as on my laptop it's a ballache to scroll back up to the top of the page and go back to the main forum homepage, and if the thread is like 8 pages long takes ages to click 'back' until I hit the main page.

As a side note, I think I may have been the person who suggested the 'last post' button. Memories :spin2:

I love the idea of an up to the top button...

I never have that problem where thread titles stay unread (bold), but a lot of people do?

It used to work fine back in the day and I'm assuming it's related to the fact that when I try to view the latest post it takes me to one I've seen (sometimes pages before the actual latest).

I've noticed since I posted this that some threads seem to take me to the same post every time.

Tried clicking 'mark all as read' at the bottom of the main page and clearing my cache and neither worked.

This is still happening and it's SO annoying. Is there any way I can turn the whole bold thing off, because it's really distracting in the BB forums trying to remember who did the last post I saw in each thread
