Is he off the hook now that Marc has seen him saying nice things?

Unpredictable thing, showbiz...our cabaret contestant Simon was, to be fair, consistently positive in his comments about Marc after his exit from the house in the fake eviction. Having witnessed that, will Marc and his fellow nominators give him an easier time of things and moreover will the public follow suit if so?

I for one have softened towards him. He was a prick when he entered the house on both occasions that was obviously his game face that he thought might get him through but as we have seen all to often the bigger the lie the harder the fall when it comes to BBUK and he got what he deserved but i do belive we are seeing the genuine Simon now and he isnt the disgusting creature that some fawned over and loved so much on here he is a pretty decent guy.

Off the hook in the sense that he wont be questioned on his bitching, as he did none yes.

I feel a bit sorry for Simon. He doesn't really fit in at all. People keep going on about Harry apparently being isolated, when it really seems IF anyone is being purposely isolated its Simon. Someone on here has a sig of the 'originals' all standing glaring at him, when he had apparently been 'nasty' about Chloe....

Edit

But its fine to do that to a bloke. Shout at a woman (who has no problem shouting at others) and you are a vile bully :hehe:

I hope so. I don't particularly like Simon, but there are others I would rather see leave first.

Best thing is Helen is coerced to pretend to like him as he's Marc's ally, when she can't stand him.

Withano 15-06-2015 03:17 PM

I don't think anybody in the house actually value Marc's opinion. They just pretend to, to shut him up.

I agree with Vicky actually, if anyone's being isolated in that house it's Simon and I get the feeling we aren't being shown half of it. I feel quite sorry for him really, it seems like he doesn't have many friends and the showbiz thing was a smokescreen for how insecure he is

That's a pretty over the top description for someone's exaggerated persona on a reality TV show don't you think? He's hardly Fred West

smudgie 15-06-2015 03:39 PM

Not Really, in as much as they will all put him up again next week, apart from Marc.

Not Maxwell having an impact on thread titles

Hell yea ,After the hm went off on one to Simon because they thought he was two face oh dear who is calling the kettle black now?

bbfan1991 15-06-2015 04:50 PM

I don't mind Simon now, yes he is annoying, but is harmless and is a nice person deep down. He has his faults and has bitched like all of them in there, but I do believe his friendship with Marc is genuine and I believe it is on Marc's side too.

Simon definitely didn't deserve to be ostracized in there before even when he was to blame for things going on.

Simon.

Went in hard with his whole glitzy OTT 'look at me' Showbiz!! BS.

But his whole high-energy showbiz act failed (he couldn't keep up the pretence), and so now he is effectively sulking quietly in the shadows waiting to go home.

From the show's perspective - what a waste of everyone's time he's turned out to be.

He's probably an ok guy on some level but his BB experience has been nothing but a failed ego trip.
