Halfway through the series- is it vintage

Unless they axe the end ha

But, how do you feel this compares with other series in terms of quality?

Poll coming

Very disappointing. It looked promising to begin with, but then C5 began with the meddling..

Macie Lightfoot 15-06-2015 05:07 PM

One of, if not *the* worst series ever

Lostie! 15-06-2015 05:07 PM

I think it had a brilliant start, but it lost momentum after the quad. I'm still enjoying it, though.

Not amazing, not terrible.

Shaun 15-06-2015 05:12 PM

A marginal improvement on 12 and 15. That's about it.

Jake. 15-06-2015 05:14 PM

The first two weeks showed the most promise a series has had in years. The 4in/4out ruined any spark it had and now we're left with an average series.

Robodog 15-06-2015 05:17 PM

It's a strange mix up.

Too much meddling and the big 4 eviction has shocked the house dynamic so much that it has frozen the flow of the 'story'.

But bringing Marc in was the rocket up the backside that the series needed.

Marc should have been there from the start. I don't know why he wasn't chosen as an original.

Overall - there are good elements of this year but the over-interference from BB has stopped it evolving naturally.

Macie Lightfoot 15-06-2015 05:21 PM

Did the series need a "rocket up the backside" though? There were plenty of fights and meltdowns and actual relationships developing before Marc came in. He wasn't necessary at all.

JoshBB 15-06-2015 05:22 PM

Harriet and Sarah never should have gone so early.

tbh

It's definitely not vintage, I mean I'm enjoying it but when I look back at it now in my head I think 'well...what's really happened?' and nothing jumps out at me tbh

I was enjoying it before the 4in4out twist, I think the newbies were good additions but it should have just been a single or double eviction that week cause the twins, Harriet and Sarah didn't deserve to go and would have been good with Marc I reckon.

It's a shame this legends twist has been used on this series because I'd want to use that to rate it highly but...I don't think I can? It's just been a distinctly average series

Anyone not voting crap is being far too kind

Too many bores in there for it to be an epic series, too many hiding under the radar (Chloe,Danny,Cristian,Joel,Simon,Sam)

So true. I don't even have a favourite anymore.

zakman440 15-06-2015 05:39 PM

It was definitely much better before 4 in: 4 out. The legends (and Helen) returning has peaked my interest a bit more but after this week I can't see it going back to how it was before 4 in: 4 out.

I wouldn't say it was vintage, but I'm enjoying it and it certainly isn't one of the worst imo.

Mike 15-06-2015 08:22 PM

It's been ok but nowhere near vintage. I know it's all about timebomb but they are messing with things too much IMO. Makes you miss "normal" BB when things were allowed to pan out yet still become a good series.

A promising series destroyed by production YET AGAIN.

don't often agree with you but this is on point

Good before 4in4out, forgettable after. Not vintage in any way.

Overall an improvement from BB15 although it will be down there with the worst civilian UK series (all blamed on producer manipulation).

Certainly not vintage but I do think bringing in Marc, & this task with the ex HM's has giving it a new lease of life, & I'm really enjoying it, only disappointing thing about it is the constant messing with nominations, that does my head in.

Rob! 15-06-2015 08:53 PM

Not vintage, but I am enjoying it.
