Why else include Helen saying Aisleyne is the person she'd least like to live with

Joel just casually asking who she'd least like to live with the day before the live show and out of anyone ever she picks a housemate who's not surpassingly go in and saying she'd spit on her? I don't see the problem here seems natural to me
