Why did BB let Nikki into the DR when Aisleyne was still in there?

We were just discussing this in another thread and I wanted to see others opinions on it...

Why did BB allow Nikki into the DR whilst Aisleyne was still in there and then go on to show us the both of them having that odd sounding conversation that could almost be described as scripted dialogue?

They don't normally let a hm in when someone else is in there...

smudgie 25-06-2015 09:32 PM

Nikki might have demanded it...as a true legend they would of course do her bidding.

Well, a few tantrums may have been involved.

Kazanne 25-06-2015 09:33 PM

it looked a bit staged, maybe they were sharing scripts, and Ashleines terrible over acting was even more suss.bitontheslide and I have thought this for a while

lewis111 25-06-2015 09:37 PM

Never even thought of that, looking back on it it felt very guided.

liampadams 25-06-2015 10:11 PM

Perhaps Aisleyne told BB to let her in, or BB called her in. Or they may have even opened the door already cuz Aisleyne could have been on her way out of the diary room anyway?? I dunno, that's all I can think of....

ruiphillips 25-06-2015 10:14 PM

Why are you acting surprised? It's Channel 5.

It is because the programme is now at least partially scripted.

Have you only just noticed it? I have been starting threads with examples of it since the start of the series.

They are very, very poor actors.

aman201 25-06-2015 10:18 PM

The diary room bits were embarrassing.

armand.kay 25-06-2015 10:21 PM

They might of cut out ais calling her in.

Will. 25-06-2015 10:24 PM

I think the've done it a few times this series

It looked to me like they had edited parts out so it's hard to have an opinion when I'm not sure what we saw was the full situation.

I know in the past when someone is in the diary room and someone wants to come in they ask the person if they wouldn't mind.

Maybe BB thought it was the right thing to do because the argument was getting out of control.

I guess each case is different and they deal with it as they see fit.

jaxie 25-06-2015 10:26 PM

I thought I saw them go in together and sit down?

jyunga 25-06-2015 10:28 PM

They used to let house guests come into the DR all the time back on C4. I miss that aspect of the show.

I think they have done it a few times in each highlights show.

So many of the conversations are obviously cued. BB has told them what to discuss and they start of with obviously fake questions like "So brian, how did that make you feel?"

ThriceShy 26-06-2015 12:44 AM

I also thought that the conversation that nikki and aisleyne had in the house, about what helen had said to brian, was staged.

I don't think there was much letting in, only the first door is problem to get trough, the one with button and glowing eye. After that door had opened for Aisleyne and she walked down the hallway to the DR, that door stayed open long enough for Nikki to walk in. AS Aisleyne walked into the DR, Nikki walked into the hallway. At that point the only way BB could've stopped Nikki from entering the DR was to have someone walk in there and physically remove her.

Similar thing happened previously when Nikki freaked out that Helen has stepped on her nose when 3 guys brought her to the DR, after which she screamed them all out - BB then asked her if she wants someone in, and she asked for Brian who then returned - he didn't get to get out of DR

little.lilly 26-06-2015 07:36 AM

Because it's a shambles. Just like everything else this series.

Oliver_W 26-06-2015 08:18 AM

Towards the end, y'mean? When Aisleyne went in, we see Nikki catch the door just before the camera cuts, so maybe it was a bit out of sequence? Maybe a)Aisleyne was talking b)Nikki knocked and was let in c)they hugged it out d)Nikki went out again and had the argument with Helen, and it was shown as a)d)c) ?

billy123 26-06-2015 08:24 AM

I would have thought they asked Aisylene if she wanted Nikki to come in when they saw her pressing the button but we didnt see it so who knows.

If anyone had any doubts that the show has elements of scripted or producer led dialogue last night ep must have confirmed it for them, Ashleyne's acting is as wooden a rocking horse
