I wouldn't be too sure really. The Helen support came from nowhere last year, I think everyone was shocked by it.

Helen won last year because she got the last minute anti Ashleigh vote

Explain how Ashleigh was leading the vote by a mile when the final started, then.

Helen wasn't that bad last year and IMO was never actually a bully and the first week this time around I thought she was even less harsh than last time, but then the Brian incident happened. She definitely bullied him and overstepped the mark and really proved even moreso than ever just what kind of person she is, so I'm really not surprised and not sure why anyone else is

Helen's road to redemption bull**** edit won it for her last year.

She's still the same **** that she's always been.

She won because she deserved it. The public voted for the beauty to win.

People who liked her felt it was a wasted vote, until she kept surviving each knockout. Most people thought she would be 5/6th

I agree the edit won it for her so basically there is no point voting any more as the producers decide who wins not the public, Helen being a classic example, anyone who thinks throwing money at their fav will help them win it is just wasting their cash

She won last year a by a mixture of luck and manipulation by the producers that backfired.

Helen had more friends around her last year so didn't face people standing up to her until very late on in the show. And when she was looking likely to get put up, she won the pass to the final. They didn't know she would win it but that's what happened. In the final itself, she always had a good chance to win since there has always been a hard core of absolutely fanatical followers who simply ignore every aspect of her behaviour almost to spite those people who criticise her. And that's what happened.

The difference this time around is that people were wise to her behaviour earlier on and weren't prepared to tolerate it. I don't think the BB producers really understood how many people actually hated her and continue to be very angry that their manipulations allowed her to win last year. They saw her as just another "marmite" character. It shows how out of touch with the fans they are.

So her behaviour this year came as a surprise when it really shouldn't have to them. Hence they at last took her to task in their post-eviction interviews for her behaviour when they didn't do it properly last year.

The moral for the producers is to start listening to their fans more. But I'm not holding my breath.
