Aaron has been allowed to attend the BB16 final

So happy! I've just been told I'm allowed at the #BBUK final on the 16th can't wait! Thank you @BBUKLive @bbuk #BBAaron #BBFinal

Bit off as I thought ejected housemates weren't aloud at the final?

Pete. 02-07-2015 03:24 PM

Good for him

DrunkerThanMoses 02-07-2015 03:28 PM

He will apologise to Joel after he wins I assume

Jason. 02-07-2015 03:28 PM

I was thinking about this, this morning actually. How weird.

I always thought it was inevitable that he was going to be allowed. Purely for the fact they allowed him to be on the panel on BOTS, a few weeks back with Sarah.

They've never done that for ejected housemates before. Sometimes they just get an interview on BOTS, like Aaron had at first, as did Daley.

But when they let him be on the panel on another show, I thought to myself that he's getting a much lenient treatment compared to other ejectees. So why wouldn't they let him?

Good for him, I suppose. I wasn't a fan of his. But I don't think his reasons for being ejected were malicious, and Joel still liked him as a friend, despite what happened. So it's not like there's any lost love or anything.

They obviously regret ejecting him

Sweet. Love him.

Liam- 02-07-2015 03:31 PM

Vile.

Nancy. 02-07-2015 03:32 PM

Good. I liked Aaron.

Jason. 02-07-2015 03:32 PM

I still think that his ejection was a publicity stunt to attract ratings for 4in4out, which was due to happen the following night.

Jarrod 02-07-2015 03:32 PM

So he should. He was allowed on the panel for BOTS so why should be be unable to attend the final?

waterhog 02-07-2015 03:33 PM

i thought you ment the other arron - the one with faye - i was going to say not again. as for the other one - he has served his crime and suffered.

Didn't that do well

karezza 02-07-2015 03:34 PM

He shouldn't be allowed anywhere near Joel.

Jason. 02-07-2015 03:37 PM

If I remember correctly they allowed Kitten and Emma, from BB5 to attend the final. And they were ejected.

And that was a much more hostile situation, considering Emma and Victor were only sat a few seats away from each other.
I don't think Aaron being there would do any harm.

Since then, no ejectee has been allowed to attend the final. Like, Dawn, Emily, Alexandra, Dennis, Daley.

I wish Emily (BB8) was allowed to attend the final, as she only said a racial comment with no malice. I don't see how that would harm any of the finalists or the fellow housemates.

Tbh, after Helen came in and was her usual vile self and only got a formal warning when she was leaving anyway two days later, Aaron's ejection seems harsh even though it was probably the right decision.

Withano 02-07-2015 03:40 PM

I'm okay with it if Joel is okay with it, I presume that he is but I ****ing hope he was asked.

True.
I personally think they should've asked Joel to decide. I don't think he would've wanted Aaron to be ejected, as he said in the DR after it was revealed to the house that he was gutted, as he really liked him.

Not to mention this year, BB seems to be telling the housemates to stop having fun, and to shut up, so I'm not surprised.

Jack_ 02-07-2015 03:43 PM

Rightly so. Of all the ejectees I'm really gutted we didn't get to see more of Aaron, I think he'd have done really well this series and as unfortunate and in too far a manner as the Joel and him storyline ended, had the incident not happened it would've made BB16 a whole lot better

Yeah, and Fight Night was hostile in comparison to Aaron flashing. Yet, they had Emma and Victor sat only a few seats away from each other.

So I don't see how Aaron being there would do any harm.

Had what happened the following night not happened would've made BB16 better.

If that makes sense. :worry:

Also true. Honestly, I said at the time that it would be a series ruiner and as average as I have found this series, it was. All they had to do was bring in the four newbies (although Sam was a waste) and have a single eviction, and everything would have been fine.

Harriet, Sarah and the twins were all disastrous losses and when you think about how things could have gone down with them there when the Helen saga unfolded, well it makes me wet tbh, and it's a real shame we never got to see how it would've played out.

Something else that will make you wet (literally), is Love Island eviction is a VTS, this week.

Looks like your Ofcom complaint worked. :hehe::joker:
