Joel is using Harry to buy airtime constantly, she recognises this and is attempting to deny him oxygen. He's following her around pestering the living daylights out of her because he knows as long as he keeps the pressure up she will crack sooner or later. he is under the impression that he has a god given right to interrogate anyone and that they have an enduring obligation to listen to his shlte.

But hold on in that argument with Jack she said she wouldnt care if someone deliberately antagonised her...
