For me

1. 4in4out - Unfairly reversing nominations to save their favourites, getting rid of big characters and unfairly dumping Simon back into the house for no reason
2. Sam's CashBomb eviction
3. Allowing Nikki to return for the final week of BB7
4. Helen's pass to the final
5. Removing Ashleigh's immunity after clearly stating to app voters that she was safe for the week
6. Going through with Danielle's eviction after Kimberly walked
7. Letting Jade's family go into CBB5
8. TimeWarp being extended and openly giving Marc a week's immunity
9. Stripping Toya of her immunity
10. BB11 Quadruple Eviction

1-10. Commissioning BB16

1-10. Channel 4 axing the show.

(but yeah there are far too many for me to list so I'll mention the unfair swapping of the Halfway Housemates in BB8)

Letting Jimmy Savile in the house for that task WELP

The £100k in BB8 was stupid haha, like no one cared

As vile as that was. It had no effect on the series.

Every single decision made this series (bar bring Nikki, Ash & Charley back).

I think putting Jade into CBB5 was a massive mistake that cost BB's golden era, for an extra 2 years.

Genuinely, i think an antelope would be.

I really don't think Helen's pass is worse than any twist they've done this series.
Literally 4in4out and Sam's eviction were worse than anything that happened in BB15.

The final pass would have been fine on anyone else but Helen and producers failed to strip her of it

Sorry, but the Toyah situation was in no way comparable to what happened with Ashleigh. Ashleigh was voted the power housemates by viewers. They announced that one of Toyah and Matthew would be up as soon as it was revealed those 2 were Power housemates. Dodgy (as the decision was made after they had been chosen) but Ashleigh's was far worse.

Sad to see how many people forget the way they changed the nominations from the most noms to anyone with 2 up every other week. They do this so much now people don't even realize they're doing it anymore.

This could easily be made into a top 50 list.

2. Danielle's unfair eviction by giving the newbies sole power
3. Sam engineered out by producers
4. Stopping nomination talk just as Benedict and Lauren are nominated
5. Letting the public nominate week 1 of BB14
6. Making power housemates lose their status in BB15
7. Extending timewarp week to give Marc exemption
8. The Crypt to save Anton and Jay
9. BB11 Quadruple eviction
10. Allowing Day 4 evictions to be a thing

Yep. Shocking how bad it has become.
