Tbh Jade was villainised by BB because of Harry so I can't blame her for being bitter tbh.

I do think she should be more angry at Nick though for the fact that he dropped a friend because she was unpopular with the public, and he found himself a new girl to villainise.

Jade was a good HM imo but I always felt that she deemed herself better than most of the other HMs and I could never see why.
