Absolute welp :joker:

Very good. I'm happy. They don't even deserve that many viewers.

Vicky. 17-07-2015 10:37 AM

Not surprised, not many people gave a ****.

MrWong 17-07-2015 10:38 AM

They got the viewers they deserved for such a ****e series.

Josy 17-07-2015 10:39 AM

It got what it deserved

Beetlejuice 17-07-2015 10:44 AM

It got what it deserved. And until viewers start making their voices heard about what's missing (A good website, live coverage, better housemates, less interference, less ridiculous twists, better tasks) they get what they deserve.

I have this terrible feeling that those people who respond to the survey (I did for the first time this year) are telling them how great it all was.

Amy Jade 17-07-2015 10:52 AM

I'm sad for the show but yeah it's pretty much deserved. If they had the final tonight I would have gone out instead, I was so disenchanted by the series in general after 4 in 4 out but what they did to Sam was utter crap and I didn't watch the final week hardly, 2 shows out of 6 in the end.

Good winner though imo

Mystic Mock 17-07-2015 10:54 AM

Is this serious? Surely that's the lowest rated final ever in BBUK history?

Crimson Dynamo 17-07-2015 11:01 AM

Tv audiences have changed hugely in the last 15 years

You cannot compare the pre catchup/twitter/tablet bbs with today

Well yeah it says that in the thread title.

VanessaFeltz. 17-07-2015 11:18 AM

Basic ratings for basic bitch

Ross. 17-07-2015 11:20 AM

What a massive success

Jase. 17-07-2015 12:02 PM

And nobody is surprised. Nobody wanted to tune into that utter garbage apart from the regular hardcore fans.

Trasadkel1 17-07-2015 12:10 PM

Perhaps it will teach them that constant interfering and manufactured arguments are not what people want to watch. Also all the original housemates were pretty much shafted, we didn't get the chance to get to know them properly as the highlight show just focused on the legends pretty much picking on them and belittling them all the time. There was also far too much outside information and far too many question tasks yet again revealing private conversations, diary room conversations or outside polls and tweets. It just got so tedious. There was also so much bias towards and against certain housemates this year. Everyone should be given a fair crack of the whip.

BlankSpace 17-07-2015 12:11 PM

They learnt it the hard way, if they continue doing what they're doing now. BB will be axed in a matter of years..

Very sad to say but I think you are right. This series was a complete mess.

Lostie! 17-07-2015 12:40 PM

Good. This series deserves low ratings.

Not that it will give them a reality check, their response to low ratings seems to be to throw in even more crappy twists because they, for some reason, think that's what most viewers want.

After two promising series that were utterly murdered with abysmal producton in a row, I'm genuinely debating whether I'll bother with BB17.

Jason. 17-07-2015 12:41 PM

Is that with or without +1?

Either way, deserved. Can't believe 10 years ago, the BB6 Final got 7m, now we scrape just over 1.2m.

Producers have homework to do.

Slayin' :clap1:

zakman440 17-07-2015 01:22 PM

Good. Perhaps now it will give Endemol a kick up the arse to start fixing the show, starting with the producers.

Tom4784 17-07-2015 01:27 PM

BB16, a record breaking series :clap1:

MB. 17-07-2015 01:28 PM

Here for it adding 10 million in the officials to become the highest rating final ever :clap1:

You're right there. The Channel 5 BB website is a disgrace. A two year old could do better.

No forum.

No messages from the fans.

Videos are scant.

It's a dark, depressing color.

The whole website looks as if it were downloaded for free. It's just sh**.

No effort whatsoever.
