Was BB16 that bad

As a BB series it was ok, but as a TV series it was still great.
The majority of us tuned in for almost all, if not all 65 episode of the series, if it was realy that bad we just wouldn't watch.
The biggest problem it had wasn't nomination twists, it was the housemates being given outside info.
So what if the producers twist it to suit them most of the time they do it in the intesrt of viewers to keep big character in.
It had a few exciting really close evictions and some better tasks than we've seen in a few years.
If it had sentimental value like C4 I don't think it would be as hated. The viewing figures aren't that low because of no live fed or whatever, it's just less people are watching older shows now a days.

It started off well, but then 4 in: 4 out set the precident for the constant twists, producer manipulation and forced drama that would kill another series.

It had a great cast but the show didn't really go anywhere. I did enjoy it after the Marc left, though.

It was trash

lewis111 17-07-2015 08:16 PM

I didn't actually enjoy that much btw i'm just pointing out some postitves the show had as it all seems to be negative. The eviction order was really messy but Harry was supposed to go every week and she didn't till last week so I'm not complaining.
But Cristian over Jade, Jack over Marc, Danny over twins, Nick over Simon, Chloe over Harry/Sam

This series started well, I was so ready to love it and then

It wasn't that bad, I enjoyed it pretty much all the way through apart from a couple of days here and there, but all together I liked it.

The 4 out/4 in soured it tremendously for me and cost us 2 potentially legendary HMs in Sarah and Harriet

waterhog 17-07-2015 09:29 PM

harriot had so much potential. we will never no.

REDCROP 17-07-2015 09:48 PM

I thought it was good, i never missed one night and i am not hypocritical or deluded enough to watch it every night if i wasn't enjoying it....it gave us Marc, Jade and Joel and i loved watching them work it the way they did....it also gave us Harry who was mad as a box of frogs sometimes yet sincere and honest...and fascinating to watch....Last year i didn't like anyone except for Christopher and even he didnt really do much....
The thing that made this year different in a negative way was it was much more about the money.....right from the start...it over shadowed the fun...Danny, Chloe, Jack especially guilty of this....it was always apparent ....
BB tried really hard to shake it up and inject life into the house, any other year the things BB provided would have been amazing...these house mates were miserable and lazy and couldn't laugh at themselves....and everything BB threw in to liven them up failed...Legends, old house mates, Pete Bennet, MARC, new housemates, singing choirs etc etc...nothing ever got Danny, Christian, Chloe, Jack and Nick out of first gear...
The problem was the house mates and the viewers who voted out the strong characters, like they always do... the problem was not the producers and not Emma

This is what I meant to say really
Good points

REDCROP 17-07-2015 10:09 PM

4 in 4 out ... ....Jade, Aaron, Eileen, Jack, Joel, Nick, Christian...( Add Marc to that list and then pick a final 6, would have been amazing )

...most of the strong ones, at that time, were up, like every year

BB took fast effective action to stop what always happens...they just tried to save the show ...they didn't want a house full of Dannys, and Chloes and Twins

So the voters had the choice...Kieran, Sarah, Harriet, Twins, Danny and Chloe....blame the voters...shud have picked Kieren and Harriet....but they picked Danny and Chloe....and so the yawn fest began....BB gave us Marc to wake the miserable sods up but the voters booted him out first chance they got...

The shows biggest enemy is its voters not its producers

Calderyon 17-07-2015 10:14 PM

It wasn´t good.

Other than few good/okayish housemates (Harry, Adjoa, Joel. Marc kind of.) it was embarrassingly terrible.

Huge mess of a season.

JamesBond 17-07-2015 10:15 PM

I blame him
