That pain is so awful too. When I was in America I ate so much I literally couldn't breathe, walk or function in any way.

i do that everytime i eat something unhealthy now lmao i'm just going to stop cheating now bcos i always feel like **** the next day

I've been conditioned by my mother to always finish the food on my plate so sometimes I put a bit too much not realising how filling it is and I've forced myself to eat it al till I was ready to blow.
