"It's turning into that film 'Lord of the Flies'," remarked Ian to Jermaine this morning. Whether it is quite that bad or not, the House does appear to be gradually splitting into two rival factions.

The two early-rising pop singers are stuck in the crossfire between Jade's crew and Shilpa's gang - but the ever-passive Jermaine seems to have picked his side.

"How are you?" Ian asked him tentatively, in the way you might ask someone who's pet hamster had just died.

"I'm... ok," replied Jermaine, unconvincingly, as talk inevitably turned to the ongoing girl spat. "Were they bullying Shilpa last night?" he asked.

"Yeah," confirmed Ian. "I'm not playing those games. I'm not going to be part of it."

"She should whip out some of that kung fu," said Jermaine with uncharacteristic venom. No prizes for guessing which side he's on...

"They have their club," he said of the three-girl posse he has termed 'Jade's crew'. "Maybe it's an age thing," he mused.

When Shilpa emerged, huge sunglasses doing their best to hide a harrowed demeanour, she received words of comfort.

"Jade can't read you because she's not on your level. It's like going to a meeting and it all going over your head" said a visibly annoyed Jermaine. "You have to stay true to the person in your heart."

"This will make me into a stronger person," opined Shilpa optimistically, but the bleak mood could not be broken. Unless something changes, there is trouble ahead.

Jade and her 'crew' are still in bed, but before they are all thrown together again, Jermaine gave us all something to think about.

"Look at the song 'Man in The Mirror'," he said to Shilpa. "They need to look in the mirror before they can make that change."

As great as Jermaine is, he's just the wise passenger in all this. Shilpas the one who really deserves to win. Dont you think?

Jermaine is just amazing, He alwayz comes with the best advice at the right time.

I want to see Jermaine and Shilpa in the final,I believe jermaine would love to see shilpa win and triumph over the evil bitches

The things that p!sses me off is the fact that channel 4 aren't taking action.

I agree totally with that in terms of the Racist language which have been used! I have sent them complaints, I just hope Ofcom sorts them out.

I love Jermaine, he's always there to support Shilpa and giver her advice when needed and I also love Shilpa! This must be so upsetting for her, and she has a great friend in Jermaine to help her through it.

Jeramine and Shilpa hopefully will make it to the final, and iI hope the bullies get booed like hell!

I disagree. They are free to walk when they want. If the channel just intervened at times of stress thered be no point doing it.

Intervene if theres violence, but otherwise, let them get on with it.

I would so Love it if both of them were in the Final Together!

Its a pity she doesn't listen to her friend Jermaine more...if she did that she wouldn't get so much stick. But of course if she listened to him then she wouldn't get any limelight or chance to use her acting skills.
