Lisa & Mario's Poverty Claim: Real or Fake
 

I just saw Lisa's segment on Celebs on Benefits, and I'm wondering if her bit is actually real or just an attention-seeking move. I did not watch BB9, but saw enough clips of her and Mario to feel they were this lovey-dovey couple - gross at times - but still really into themselves.

It seems their relationship broke down when they ran into financial trouble and here she is in public housing and making £5/hr. Some scenes were bordering on stupidity - like the part where she hand-washes her clothes and uses her feet to stamp them.

Anyway, it's seems odd that these 2 people who were so much in love broke up when times were rough and she's now living with rats.
