Fears and Phobias

What's your biggest fear/phobia?

Fear: Being infertile.
Phobia: Tall buildings (but not heights)

Liam- 24-08-2015 11:23 AM

Clowns, spiders and people in costumes that cover everything like mascots and stuff.

Niamh. 24-08-2015 11:28 AM

Spiders, Moths, enclosed Spaces would be my phobias

losing any loved ones would be my fear

Liam- 24-08-2015 11:40 AM

I also don't like insects, especially flying ones, but insects in general freak me out.

same here, the only insects I don't mind are dragon Flies because they look like helicopters and they never fly in your face or try to land on you

I would hate to outlive my children. It would be such a cheat; I want them to have a life after me, it should never be the other way around.

Oh I'm also afraid of death but that goes without saying, and what comes after it.

The fact that I'll just vanish into non-existence creeps the hell out of me. I like to think that we enter a dream state or something. I just can't imagine not existing.

Braden 24-08-2015 02:51 PM

No phobias, really.

I used to have a big fear of escalators that verged on being a phobia, but that went away with age.

Joe. 24-08-2015 03:46 PM

I'm scared of most insects and chavs. I also have a phobia of ugly people and restaurants that look unclean.

That can be easily avoided.

Don't walk into a hole.

LaLaLand 24-08-2015 04:27 PM

Wasps, vomiting, falling from high up (not heights though... just the falling), cats.

Bridges. (I wouldn't call it a phobia exactly, because I do go across them, but I don't like it)
The word Belvedere. This might sound pretty stupid being afraid of a word, but whenever I hear that word I feel anxious and uneasy.

That's really interesting, do you think it's a past life thing?..

I don't have one in partic, but I'm really scared of my family being ill and if they say they don't feel well I'll panic until they say they feel better again.

Ramsay 16-09-2015 01:32 PM

phobia : trypophobia
fears : ehh spiders i guess? just big ones, the small ones i don't really have a problem with...clowns...sock puppets

That's kind of interesting actually. I have a fear of bridges, but only ones that have water underneath them. I mean I have a fear of deep/dark water anyway, but going over a bridge with water underneath makes me shake loads and want to cry

Livia 16-09-2015 06:56 PM

Losing loved ones or having them sick is a fear. I don't have any phobias and neither, I suspect, do most people on here.

Crimson Dynamo 16-09-2015 06:59 PM

most people need a good shake and told to stop being a dick

phobias my arse
