6 packs on women...

Bit of a weird thought I know, but I was just drinking tea out of a Nicole Scherzinger mug and I was thinking why are men 'encouraged' to aim for a six pack, where as society finds it 'strange' of women?

Isn't this person more healthy than this person below?

So why is thinness encouraged more for girls, is it due to the patriarchal society of nature who think that muscley women are masculine and less attractive to them, or something else?

This isn't body shaming either, it's just a thought...

Society finds it strange for women to have a toned stomach? I strongly disagree with that

I meant like an athlete's sort of body, with strong biceps ect. It's probably not the best picture

I don't know, I know lots of women who aim for that fit look rather than the model size zero, I don't know anyone who aims for that really other than celebrities

I suppose you could say some people are influenced by celebrities though?

yeah I guess, being too thin is less of a problem in our society though than obesity that's for sure. I get what you're saying but I don't agree that fit women are looked at as being strange

I am as turned off by 'over-developed' females as I am by overly obese ones personally. Oh - and by the bags of bones which some females aspire to.

Two words - toxic masculinity.

A lot of men don't want to feel like their girlfriend or wife has more muscle than them, they feel insecure, and so they just slag the concept off.

I don't get why we have assigned genders to certain muscles being more developed though lmfao.. society is dumb.

we all have six packs men and women its just a matter of body fat (and race) whether it shows or not
