Unless they blindly look for housemates in agency websites and pay £100,000+ for celebrities without even bothering looking at their Wikipedia page, then there's no chance they didn't know about her history so there's most likely a different reason behind her ejection.

I think so, there's no way they didn't know about the comments when there's a whole section on her Wikipedia dedicated to it. They're doing it for publicity and ratings
