I looked like she was spitting at his feet, not his face.

I think thats the only reason she is still in the house.

If she actually spat at him she should have been thrown out

I think she spat which is the behaviour of trash but she did spit at the floor/at his feet if she had spat at him she would be gone given the boot so i think a final warning is probably the right decision.

Janice seems to get special treatment though. They'd never throw her out because she's one of the stars of the show in BB's eyes.

When he complained to BB and demanded "consequences" he said she had actually spat in his face.

Yeah, seriously don't want the whole series to be the Janice show

but when you watch the video he didn't even flinch. if she had actually spit in his face surely he would have reacted and started screaming about it.

he was trying to milk it in the diary room. he's gonna try to milk it for everything it's worth. he has that sort of personality.

As it's a final warning...does that mean she has had others or do they only get one warning and then they are out?

depends on the nature of the offence. One more spit and she will be out, but I bet she could do something that still warranted a warning that was less serious and still stay in
