I think Janice has diva complex, so do others like Farrah, Jenna, and maybe Austin, Chloe, and Natasha, hence the clash. They all play both bully and victim. Hot mess!!

Yes, Janice has a diva complex but unlike the others you mentioned, it is becoming increasingly obvious that Janice is either a pathological liar or sociopath.
