I think Gail might not be bald.

I'm sure when I saw Gail tonight, that I could see something loose poking out at the back of her neck.

Is it possible she has one of those "bald wigs" on and is at it?

You see actors with them all the time, and I've seen loads of them that look really realistic.

...I didn't think Chloe had lost that much weight with her choice of cigarettes over food...

Is this constructive...shouldnt this be deleted..or does it just depend on th member who posts it!!!!

BBUKAUSFAN 12-09-2015 05:51 AM

Um she has alopecia.... maybe google it and inform yourself on it. k bye.

waterhog 12-09-2015 06:16 AM

that is correct - you can not argue with medical fact. not a very tasteful thread if I do say so myself.

lostalex 12-09-2015 06:37 AM

i have noticed in certain light you can see that she has some blonde hair patches all over her head. she's definitely not completely bald.

billy123 12-09-2015 06:57 AM

On the off chance you really dont know connie and it isnt just a daft ill thought out thread because you dislike her as a housemate Gail has suffered from alopecia for over 10 years are you suggesting she has being wearing a bald cap for that long?

@lostalex she does grow hair and has attempted over the years to grow it she has had it a couple of inches long at some points but it has bald patches in it and then just falls out again so she gave up on trying to grow it.

i don't understand the disease. is it a real disease like a virus or bacteria infection? or is it all psychological and stress related? or is it genetic? do other people in her family have it?

Yes,my best friend has alopecia, thought to be brought on by stress, but saying that her brother has it also,so could it be hereditary ?

G1dds 12-09-2015 11:25 AM

I believe it is brought on by stress - I believe the term I'm pulling my hair out originated from it

I know a girl who was 9 that suffered severe alopecia brought on from her parents separation and subsequent divorce although she herself didn't feel stressed nor showed obvious signs. After 2 years, her hair just grew back

Gail however, if I remember correctly, has said that doctors can find no reason for her alopecia nor why it has continued on for so many years and without any warning prior to her hair loss

ThriceShy 12-09-2015 11:42 AM

She loves to milk it for sympathy and attention though doesn't she.

Every young woman I know would immediately wear a wig. People in the entertainment industry certainly would.

But she is odd generally. Why doesn't she wear a bra, despite having massive boobs?

T* 12-09-2015 11:53 AM

I ****ing predicted this
I knew someone was going to make a thread saying Gail is faking alopecia
Holy ****ing **** this is absurd

I think we all knew some poor soul would make a thread like this.

It's just for attention.

Tarryn 12-09-2015 11:56 AM

Gail is not bald.
Farrah is not a bitch.
Jenna is a virgin.
James is not vain.
Janice is a natural beauty.
Scoop is anorexic.
Chloe & Stevie are a real couple.
Anything else...............

Nonsense. Not wanting to wear a wig is in no way "milking" it, and Gail isn't "every young woman you know" so making assumptions because she reacted in a different way is absurd. I'm sure she's not the first person in history to choose not to wear a wig.

You are meant to discuss the housemates not other forum posters.

She actually admitted that she lost work because of her refusal to wear a wig.

She is playing the martyr, i'm afraid.

Janice actually is a natural beauty. she was absolutely gorgeous without any plastic surgery when she was young. and scoop very might well have struggled with anorexia, many obese people suffer from multiple eating disorders including anorexia and bulimia along with over-eating.

Shaun 12-09-2015 12:04 PM

why are people taking a ConnieLingus thread seriously

literally every single one is a 2/10 trolling attempt and most end up locked, why bother

Yes, I'm aware. Not quite sure how that equates to her "milking" anything.

Or she just, you know, doesn't want to wig and isn't willing to make that compromise for work.

Or she just, you know, has mental problems to the extent where her own boyfriend signs a form to have her sectioned into a mental hospital for 6 weeks.

The woman patently isn't all there. Her behaviour is erratic and odd. I don't understand why the psychs let her in.
