They have both had implants on their arses if your research their Bios. Jenna has a law suit pending after a failed procedure and Farrah has had minimal implants inserted, in fact isn't one side supposed to be larger than the other and its a bone of contention with her, but in essence, part of her arse is defo fake and most of Jennas is, so the fake ass thing is fact, not fiction.
