Why is he pretending to be bothered by Chloe?
 

Why would he want someone he has bitched about and disliked to be a part of the toast for his brother? Why is he so bothered about it days later? Or should I say, why is he pretending to be bothered?

Going for the sympathy vote plus really hates Chloe so its a good excuse to have a go

I think he hated it when Chloe skipped out on his brother's toast...but before he could really do anything, the whole fake, fake eviction happened and with the hate sisters out of the house, he really didn't have anyone to support his hate for Chloe.

If you notice, it became an issue after Jenna and Farrah came back and flamed the fire against Chloe.

Attention, sympathy, air time, generally not nice...

He was always like that, he was the reason Janice got a warning on day 2 but his association with James is diluting his bitchy impact

I don't blame anyone for being annoyed with that pair of fakes

But he's not annoyed, he's hating on near enough all of her actions

I thought he went OTT on her not being their for his toast to his late brother...however her reasons went flying out the window when she toasted Scoops and Gail's departure...so he did have a point tonight.
Most of us can see the Fakeness in Stevie and Chloe...imagine seeing it day in and day out. He isn't stupid and he doesn't hold back.
He isn't a favourite of mine...but he does speak the truth.

I was thinking along similar lines, but then I started to wonder if she did so because she was too afraid not to, in case she was at the end of another ear bashing?

Austin doesn't like Chloe-Jasmine, so he is using this excuse to have a go at her, turn everyone against her and get her and Stevi evicted in the process.

I think the question is does he really honour his brothers memory behaving in this way both on the birthday and since fully aware that it will be shown on TV.I like to try and self case these situations and given the same sad circumstances I think I would have made no public statement on the day but rather honoured by keeping my thoughts and memory's to myself.If he really felt the need to off load he could have gone to the DR or even found a little privacy and spoke with James.

Would his brother feel honoured by him shouting at a women and basically calling out or questioning the courage of her partner. I would hope not.Its an emotive subject and difficult to judge but I feel the way he has conducted himself and continues to has served no good purpose either to himself or his deceased brother.

I blow hot and cold with the guy I did not like how he lied about Janice spitting in his face nor the ungracious way he refused to accept her apology for what she had said.Then you see some more honest and positive sides to him but at present I feel very cold even angry because regardless of how fake S&C might be neither deserve this treatment.

Stevi and Hulk yes very cringe but although he is a decent non confrontational guy if Austin continues to see this as a weakness there to be exploited then he might just cross the line and receive a real mouth full from Stevi and as things stand I would like to see this.

His reactions at the moment are classic BB, his dislike has not been manufactured but based on real emotion and trying to handle living with them and not succeeding very well.

What gets me is why he was so upset that Chloe didn't come out to the garden, cause at the end iof the day its been pretty clear from day 1 Austin has no time for Chloe.

Why is his dead brothers situation being given airtime is a better question to ask. He manufactured that scenario himself for self serving means and now he is struggling to get the airtime he needs, so he is grasping at straws. Ive gone from liking him to loathing him. Basically he is jealous of the airtime the twunts are getting and he cant accept that stevie and chloe have fans out there and neither can I to be honest.

This year most of the house is pretty fake.

I used to like Austin,but what a change this last few days since the 2 bitches came back ? He's bullying Chloe and using his brother to get attention,he tried his hardest to push a tear at the "memorial" but failed.... Not one of the others stood up and told him to shut up,I know she's a pain ,but doesn't deserve to be treat like he's treating her

I think his anger comes from what happened to his brother. I do feel for him, but he needs to let it go. Getting mad won't change things. All you can do is learn to live with it.

He lied to get Janice put on a final warning and I felt his intention was to get her removed from the house and that he was disappointed when this did not happen.I wonder if this latest situation is not about Chloe but rather Janice and Stevi. Does he seek to push both or either into making a serious verbal threat or action.
