Loving James tonight!

That took guts and he just proved he's not a game player. He's a genuine guy who has respect for the elders and hates rudeness. I lost any respect i had for Austin. He has let Jenna poison his mind about James. What a fool!

Lostie! 20-09-2015 09:04 PM

A brilliant episode for him, I'm surprised by how much I like him atm.

MB. 20-09-2015 09:05 PM

Love's a strong word... but he's definitely gone up in my estimations. Like, half a dozen places.

He has his own mind he won't let anyone tell him what to do or think. :clap2:

I lost all respect I ever had for James tonight. The way he claims he's Austin's friend yet defends every single person who he argues against is just laughable and ironic really.

Someone who's willing to berate his friend for being a knob is miles better than someone who'll remain quiet and let his friend treat people like crap.

Was he supposed to stay quite like a mouse and let Jenna and Austin slag him off? :joker:

Someone who deserves treating like crap for being a selfish **** as he put it nicely

He didn't like Austin being in the top 4 with him so he has suddenly turned, never heard him standing up for Chloe :umm2:

Jason. 20-09-2015 09:10 PM

I'm watching the episode on +1 cause I missed it.

Johnnyuk123 20-09-2015 09:14 PM

I feel sorry for him since his Dad Eric Pollard made him stay in Emmerdale and lose his wife and adopted son.

Stevep 20-09-2015 09:16 PM

Been brought up with the right morals, seems a genuinely good-natured guy.

Daniel. 20-09-2015 09:16 PM

He gets better each episode :clap1:

Vanessa 20-09-2015 09:18 PM

No offence, but Austin is not very bright, is he? He's falling for Jenna manipulations hook line and sinker. He's going to feel like such a fool when he realises her plan was to break up his friendship with James. And it worked.

poppsywoppsy 20-09-2015 09:19 PM

I didn't like him after The Apprentice, he was a right knob in that.

But he has his manners and morals spot on against those rank Americans.

He stood up for himself and Janice, good for him, he is my choice to win at the moment.

Janice is a nice lady. She may be eccentric, but at least she's not nasty. Anyone who doesn't respect their elders is not a good person in my book.

Very sadly me too, I now would not trust James in there after seeing the highlights tonight.
I just don't get where this respect for Janice has come from too, and for me she is now the very last person in there who actually warrants any respect at all.
She'd get none from me for sure.

She just comes across as spiteful and vindictive, also when Austin and James were talking/arguing and then she came and sat down,I would have fired off at her too for her massive ignorance and insensistivity in doing so.

I went right off James tonight, I wouldnt want him as a friend of mine after tonight and I say that now very sadly indeed.

How did he prove that exactly?

Really, so where was he telling Janice off for her usual self absorbed behaviour? Where was he telling her off for the way she threw Austin's letter at him? That was unbelievably nasty, and yet no one seems to give a damn.

Nonsense. It's unbelievable to me what people are saying in response to what happened tonight. How many times does Janice have to do this before people realize that Austin is 100% correct about her doing it on purpose. She's not some senile old cow, but someone who contrives these situations over and over again.

And James just sees an opportunity to look like a "White Knight" just like he did on friday. The guy is a slimeball. And yet you say he proved he's not a gameplayer. Hilarious.

He has just lost the only person in there who had his back. How very clever of him. Let's see how loyal that poisonus tarantula Jenna is to him now.

joeysteele 20-09-2015 09:33 PM

At least in Jenna Austin will have an ally against Janice.
I am stunned anyone can defend her rotten behaviour in tonights highlights.

He could have admitted that they were right about Janice being a manipulative prick.

Me too. She was apologetic one moment and then one "Ssshh!" and she's just thrown his letter at him.

And then when Austin and James are speaking she just sits right there between them.

She's not at all apologetic. She did the whole thing on purpose and enjoyed the confrontation and attention.

Daniel-X 20-09-2015 09:44 PM

I liked him also tonight, I do think he's playing a game in the house and he can be a little bit manipulative but I think also he does have manners and is genuine.

Austin was just a prick tonight. Of the highest order.
