I guess everyone already knows that,” commented another.

Jumping in, looking at the whole picture the only thing that looks underwater to me is her feet :laugh:

You can also see that her hands are wet but her arms are dry. They are not air bubbles, they are water droplets.

It's just a really good camera

Jumping in, definitely. Her hair is dry and the so-called 'refraction' just seems like strange lighting to me.

Yep - Jumping in - - her hair is dry and the bubbles are mere water droplets caught by the camera from her 'splashing'. No mystery at all to me. :shrug:
