Congratulations to Jamie East for discovering how this show has worked for the past ten years

I used to dislike those Celebs with too much dancing experience behind them going on Strictly, I thought it was an unfair advantage, but then when I got to thinking about it a bit more I realised my reasoning was a bit ridiculous, as the show can showcase those Celebs with less dancing experience more when they make great improvements, and Strictly doesn't state as far as I know that any Celebs with dancing experience and I expect quite a vast number will have some form of dance training, can't compete, so I can only summise some envy from Jamie East. Also not all the Pro dancers are equal, some are better than others, so sometimes even a good Celeb dancer can lose out with the wrong Pro Partner.

I agree. Some people are natural dancers and that's why Jay is so good to watch.

I mean he's a great dancer. Caroline last year won and has dancing experience, but i didn't like her. I just think Jay has a real talent.

Well I love watching him dance , last nights dance was awesome. You could also argue that actors have an advantage on the show...there are very few celebs who have not had some drama/dance training ...so what.

I agree and i love his partnership with Aliona. They have a lot of chemistry and they always entertain me.

King Gizzard 11-10-2015 05:23 PM

so that's why he looked a pro last night

You can tell the people who have had dance training. Helen, Peter, Kellie and Jay. But Jay is really amazing.

Pete. 11-10-2015 05:43 PM

Poor Jamelia, she's only flopping because of the cheats!

EspeonBB 11-10-2015 05:44 PM

Disqualify the cheats and give Jamelia the win :clap1:

Mystic Mock 15-10-2015 07:04 AM

Jamelia still wouldn't win even if you removed the cheats.:joker:

I really don't like Jamie East though, he seems to think that his above everybody when he needed BBOTS to launch any career for himself.

So we all went to school, doesn't make us all academics, he must have a natural talent, some things can't be taught

Mystic Mock 15-10-2015 08:14 AM

Dancing isn't like singing though, you can be taught to dance like you can be taught to play Football.

I liked Jay's performance btw and I get fed up of people looking to bring people down when they've done something good, but dancing is a mixture of willpower and experience with dancing, the more dances you do the better and more confident you become.
