No strange shapes are formed over 1000's of years.

The Dinosaurs all Vanished
when the Earth went Dark
due to a mega star hitting earth
like a Million Nukes

That is interesting.Unfortunately we can never actually find out what the real cause of the light fluctuations is as this star is nearly fifteen hundred light years away.
Supposing they did have some kind of mega solar power device around their sun fifteen hundred years ago and supposing they're still alive,Just imagine the technology they may possibly posess now?
Of course this could just be down to massive colisions in that system.It could be a chaotic mess with rocks and ice and planets coliding.
