lord lucan was up to no good, he was one of the men that planned a coup in 74 to overthrow harold wilson and his government, they thought that he was a soviet puppet, planning for soviet block takeover, I think he faked his own death, because he made enemies, in the establishment, I think he is dead now but under a different name.
