There have been some big changes on The X Factor this year - as every single one of Cheryl Fernandez-Versini's Groups has a new name.

Reports had already revealed that standout group 4th Power had become 4th Impact after fears that their original name could prompt a copyright claim.

But the sisters from the Philippines aren't the only ones getting a new title, as Alien will become Alien Uncovered and BEKLN are rebranding as BEKLN Mile.

Perhaps the biggest change is for Silver Tone, who will now be known as Melody Stone, while The First Kings have been renamed New Kings Order.

Finally, the exuberant duo Menn On Point will now go by their first names, becoming simply Reggie n Bollie.

An X Factor source confirmed to Digital Spy that the name changes were all made for copyright reasons.

The six Groups have already flown to Rome to film Judges' Houses, where Fernandez-Versini was joined by special guest mentor Jess Glynne.

But they won't find out who has made it through to the live shows until this weekend, when the decisions will be made live at Wembley.

4th Power was a good name </3

Alien & Menn on Point were pretty good names, much better than what they've got now.

New Kings Order is the best name change.

The only new name I like is Melody Stone (and 4th Impact I guess, too). The rest are horrible choices.

A mess of the highest order.

Only decent new named are nko and 4th Impact I suppose. Rest are a bit embarrassing

Melody Stone > 4th Impact > Other VILE names for the groups

At least Menn on Point was scrapped
