Why does tapatalk use so much ****ing memory?!! (FIXED)
 

I just went on my usage and it said that tapatalk is using 745mb, that's nearly a gigabyte- why is this???!
Is this because of PMs or something?
I'm actually shocked?
What do I do to make it reasonably sized??

It's an app that makes it easier to use forums on your phone

How does it do that?

It changes how it's laid out so it fits better and is easier to read and reply etc It's so much easier using tapatalk to come on TiBB then just trying to use the forum normally when you're on your phone

I cleared my cache and it went down to 100mb :amazed:

You should be clearing your cache often or it bogs down your phone like hell

Its really good for viewing the forum on a phone imo, it's not just laid out better but you can subscribe to certain forums, you get notifications when people quote your posts, send you a message and @ your username.

I completely forgot something like this would have one until I looked at my usage and I was like :mad:
