Which seasons is better? got no time for rubbish seasons

I will start with season 4 and cope with watching Jessie J :unamusedemoji:

The first four have some great artists and performances on the lives.

Starting with Season 3 they eliminate 2 acts regardless of team

Season 3 had the best singer/winner in my opinion so I would watch that one first.

Amazing talent. Michelle and Ushers friendship is amazing. Top 3 talent series for me.

Definitely. Talent is and Usher and Shakira offer a more humerous side. I'd imagine you'd like the winner as well.

Series 3 has some interesting acts away from the winner, series 4 has Michelle which is good, and you might like Amber and Danielle LukeB.

Series 5 is good for the most diverse line-up the show probably has ever had in it's entire run, including the final (although again the wrong winner was chosen)

Series 6 had one really talented act that makes the final, but then they come third to two **** acts, and the people that left before my favourite was nothing to write home about.

Series 7 was the Matt Show tbh so it depends on if you like his style of Music or not as Chris and Damien only had one moment each imo, and Craig was terrible.

Series 8 was quite solid tbh, and probably has the strongest winner in the shows run (although not my personal pick as mine went out in week 2)

And this series so far had 3 really strong acts but one has been voted off already sadly despite being the best on the night.

Season 9 officially is a bust.

The Talent Show cliche that plays it safe every week with his song choices

This is wrong on so many levels. S9 has easily the strongest final 4 we have had. Jordan's queen performance is one of the best if not the best performance in the shows history. Emily is amazing as well. Barrett is really good and so is Jeffery. All these people would be a better winner than the winner we had last season. S8 final four was garbage compared to these people.

Barrett and Emily can't sing, Emily did well with her solo non Christmas performance in the final and that was about it for me, Barrett has never done a good performance and should've gone home for his terrible version of Ghost.

Jeffery has a good voice but Gwen has given him some of the dullest songs that I've ever seen for a Talent Show contestant, and he finally does get a good song choice in his duet and Gwen starts singing most of the song for him, so no not who I would want in the final at all.

And Jordan is everything that's wrong with Talent Shows, old fashioned, bland, shouty act that gets overrated for being those three things.

Give me Sawyer, Meghan, and Koryn anyday over any of that top 4.

Amy, Madi, and Korin should've been the top 3 in this series as they was actually interesting, and could sing at the same time.

Well America seems to disagree with you as these people have been dominating the iTunes charts more than any other season ever has. I did like Amy throughout the competition but her last performance was pretty weak so that happens. Madi was decent too. Korin in no way shape or form deserved to be in the top 3. She was consistantly on the bottom for a reason.

The Americans have been cheating the iTunes chart a lot this season so that's not really a testament to the acts performances, just more the fact that the fans have smartened up.

And Korin was only near the bottom because she didn't do cliched, bland performances, and Amy and Madi was better out of her type so they rightly hogged up her vote.

And America loved American Idol which was just a shoutfest so I don't take their opinions on Music seriously at all.

I honestly think that Barrett and Emily was just pure American acts, they was certainly not on the show to appeal to foreign viewers.

Korin also forgot the lyrics to one of her songs not once but twice. You can't do that in a competition.

This might be true I have no idea the impact of country music outside the United States as I live here. I will say that going into the voice I never listened to country music hell I didn't even know who Blake was before he was a coach. And while it's still not my favorite genre of music I can respect the talented country music singers. I can tell for instance that both Barrett and especially Emily are some of the best country singers they have had on the show. But if that's not your thing then that's fine and totally acceptable. But Jordan isn't a country singer and he in my opinion once again is one of the best singers the show has ever had.

I never listened to the sing-offs in this series, but I did hear that Braiden did the same thing in his sing-off against her yet still beat her despite her being better than him the night before.

And tbh I will object to anyone being eliminated when they was the best on the night which happened to Korin and Madi.

My problem with Jordan is that he relied on Christian songs to get votes too much for my liking, or arranging them in a Christian Hymn style knowing that it's a short road to victory.

And I'm not a Country fan so you're right there, but I feel that the show should've pushed Shelby and Zach more than Barrett in particular who was useless.
