5 HTP is much better than the prescribed - i find

I used to be on that. Excellent stuff.

I was taking tablets for diabetes but i've been off them for over a year now so thats all good

but

I do have to take Loperamide 2 caps twice a day as i have Diverticulitus - not the most pleasant to have to deal with but no choice on that one - if only i had liked weetabix

I also have eye meds - 1 sort for moisture 3 times a day and the other is made specially for me at hosp pharm and i have to open a new bottle every day for 5 x drops then throw bottle and dropper away and start new bottle next day, they have to be kept in fridge making life difficult ! So every month i get another 30 sealed bottles from Boots - the hosp deliver them there which is helpful.
So if theres anyone out there needing little bottles with droppers - I've got em in abundance. I wish i could find a use for them as it is such a waste to just dispose of them.

I actually struggle to take painkillers and have to buy the dissolving ones.

I've been on these before, but I think Scott is doing the right thing with what he is taking so leave it.

Right now, my only prescription is thyroid meds.

None, I hate taking any pills, even if I get a bad headache,I would rather just persevere than take a tablet.

Also anything at all that particularly has codeine in it just makes me feel physically sick thinking of the taste that leaves.

mezavant 1200mg 2 per day plus lopermide as and when I need it, I also take a lot of paracetamol

Oh dear, where do I start.

Blue injection first thing on a morning before I even have my coffee, after breakfast 5 tablets,(3 different types)
Lunchtime 2 tablets.
After tea the 5 tablets again.
Before bed insulin jab, once in bed a statin and two painkillers.

Used to take 8 very strong tabs for my gout/arthritis but had to come off them as they have beggared my kidneys.
Other than that I am as fit as a fiddle:laugh:
