Adele new single 'Hello' has shot straight to #1 after recording a combined sale of 333,000 copies.

She has also smashed the streaming record with 7.32 million streams.

She also has the 2nd biggest selling single of the millennium if you discount Talent show winners and charity singles, however it was not enough to beat Shaggy's first week sales for smash hit 'It Wasn't Me'
