Will Che be forced to lose more weight?

Yep, cuz I will be honest if he had the looks as well he would be a lethal contestant. But I do think if you put yourself in his shoes and imagine where he is now, he himself would want to go all out and give himself the best chance of winning. Looks plays a BIG part no matter what anyone says. So I do think someone has suggested this to him.

The bigger question is will he be forced into being intersting?

I think Che has the best voice for now (Anton is ace, but very dated in a 1980s Luther Vandross/ George Benson way).
Che needs to work out his place in current industry.
