Have you followed in your parents footsteps when it comes to your career?
i havent///////
Probably won't. NHS nurses get so much crap and they're so underpaid for what they do.
Don't think anyone in my family has been all that successful to be fair, that's why they had so little faith in me when I was growing up.
Well one works in finance and the other well... I won't even go there. :joker:
Suffice to say. NO! |
Nope
The army isn't my cup of tea. :joker:
No, neither my partner or me have followed in our parents footsteps.
..no, I was the lazy one...
Don't fancy working with social services and the police like my mum tbh
Not if I end up going into Politics in the near future, however yes to the fact I have gone into Law and my Dad was a Barrister, well still is obviously but all but retired now.
I suppose in a little way,my mom is a nurse and a carer and I help her care for an elderly person when she cant, but that is not my main job.
No. But I owe my work ethic and self-belief to my parents. They taught me I can do anything if I try hard.
Yep. My dad was a cat burglar and so far I've nicked 200 cats.
' Seriously though - NO. My parents were accepting souls who's only skills - like most 'Working Class' types in their era - were in working to exist. My mother was a low paid worker with 3 mundane jobs at once, and my father a coal miner. Neither of which appealed to me. |
No, I work in IT and my parents don't even have a computer lol. I definitely have my dads work ethic though.
