I agree with this.

Fleur is more marketable and overall is more charismatic and more likely to reach out to a mass audience than Ben is, I do feel sorry for him a bit but at the end of the day I think it's the right decision for Syco to focus more on Fleur than Ben.

I agree, only the female winners (Alexandra, Leona, Little Mix) have been really successful tbh (ignoring Sam Bailey), whereas the male winners literally only get the Xmas #1 and then are forgot about after that.

Shayne Ward had a successful career but like Alexandra Burke they flopped after their 1st album

I can only remember No U Hang Up tbh

He hasn't a snowballs chance in Hell of making it even into the top 40

But it doesn't beat the fact his first album went platinum but then his career went down hill just like Alexandra's and Leona's

I love hyperbole.

He's better going it alone with his band again now he's got a tiny bit of fame

Leona and Alexandra's successful music careers lasted much longer than Shayne's tbh
