Did Chris go down in anyones estimations after he lied and made Ferne cry? he clearly said PURPLE not Duncan.. liar

He should have just admitted he was wrong and not blame Ferne for it. He did it because he knew people would believe him (because of Ferne being Ferne) and Ferne would feel bad and believe him too.

Felt bad for Ferne.

I don't even like ferne but felt sorry for her! He should have been a man and admitted it because no one was going to dislike him over it. Liars are awful people.

I just think he has had one too many hits with the snake as the genie in Aladdin would say

He got purple and pink mixed up and he got what he thought and what he said mixed up...
I really doubt he did it on purpose or to be sly.

All that punching, he simply forgot he said purple.

yes he knew he was lying he was trying to make it out that ferne was responsible. No way in the world does purple sound like Duncan. I know Chris doesn't really like Vicky sho he would definitely be gunning for Duncans team. I am very pleased with the result

He should have admitted it, instead of making Ferne feel bad and making out it was her fault. He told people he said Duncan instead of purple. He clearly said purple. Purple and Duncan do not sound like each other.

He is trying to play a game but its not the one he intended to play. He is somewhat punchdrunk and as his x says, he is a tad forgetfull. All them knocks to his head has left him punch drunk.

I agree, sometimes people say the wrong thing without realising. I don't think he was purposely lying, not sure what he would gain by doing that. Certainly not public support because he knows we see everything. :laugh:

It's possible he hears words differently to other people.

Omg it was so cringey and I usually like Chris but what the hell was that :shocked: I can't believe he's mistaken purple & pink , I wondered if he was colour blind but it's too ridiculous and its like he's lied :facepalm:, problem is he's saying he said " Duncan's team " but he never said that !! Duncan and purple are two different things so my thoughts are he regretted picking purple team but why backtrack on your desicion , it's like hes losing it :bored:

It was funny, and playing a TOWIE at their own game is perfectly fine by me, he treated her like an idiot like she and her disgusting show treats a million viewers like idiots.

I can't stand TOWIE and i'm not a fan of Fearn but she didn't do anything wrong
And we all saw what really happened and to make it worse they replayed it back the minute he denied saying the purple team :facepalm:
and it's such ashame because now people see Chris as either a liar or losing his marbles
we'll have to see what he'll say about it all when Ant & Dec show him the clip :rolleyes: .

But i disagree with people who think it was some sort of sly game play because that makes no sense how would he think he'd get away with that when he's being watched by the public??
