New creative directors and executive producers

Don't get too excited.

Katy Manley and Susy Price are now creative directors taking over from Denis O'Connor. Both previously were executive producers on the show.

Andrew Jackman who runs The Only Way Is Essex will be executive producer alongside Shannon Delwiche who produced E4's Tool Academy.

A worrying sign

Doesn't really give you much hope for these "massive changes" we were promised and our expectations were already low to begin with. :worry:

mrmattybeck1 07-12-2015 07:52 PM

Andrew Jackman was at big brother in its earlier days I believe

Jay. 07-12-2015 07:52 PM

NOT tool academy

Will. 07-12-2015 07:57 PM

Andrew Jackman was on BB in like the early days. somewhere around 2000-2007.

He was an editor, but he's still the executive producer of TOWIE so it's not looking good.

Meh, it honestly cannot get anyworse. I'd happily take a more towieish production over the non stop twists and manipulation we have now

I'd honestly rather have it like that

Jake. 07-12-2015 08:50 PM

(Than 15/16 that is, CBB16 was fine)

I'm seeing four names and none of them are gamepodfan

zakman440 07-12-2015 10:37 PM

I'm willing to give this a chance tbh. Anything's got to be better than what's happened this year.

Both celebrity series were brilliant though - it was only the civilian series that went through the floor.

MB. 07-12-2015 10:41 PM

Which is because the current producers turn into headless chickens who run around and end up falling into their own faeces when faced with the prospect of a 60+ day series

JoshBB 07-12-2015 10:57 PM

I'm not even surprised anymore.

Rob! 07-12-2015 10:57 PM

Tbf the civilian series went to **** because they were ratings chasing. Whilst to the die hards it was one of the best first two weeks ever, the majority of viewers found the lack of conflict boring. Once 4 in 4 out happened, they just pushed the original housemates aside.
