Is THIS too many presents?

this woman has 2 daughters one son and they are getting 80 presents each. She is not wealthy.

its ****ing stupid, makes kids spoilt little brats

Crimson Dynamo 10-12-2015 12:54 PM

looks like she got 2 early christmas presents too

:fan:

Jordan. 10-12-2015 12:54 PM

It's her money she can do what she wants

Kizzy 10-12-2015 12:54 PM

That's £500 each, if a kid got an x box a couple of games and an outfit it would be that though, it just looks a lot :/

I just hope she isn't robbed after posting that on FB!

I saw this yesterday and my first thought was "Silly cow" but then I saw her being interviewed and she said she shops all year round for bargains, uses vouchers and sales, and as Kizzy said £500 on each child can easily be spent on consoles TVs etc, they look like lots of small things and clothes,so it's probably easy to do,but I admit 80 presents each sounds excessive .

I just don't see how they can appreciate any of them if they have such a huge volume of them, you know?

Kizzy 10-12-2015 01:06 PM

I actually fell into this trap, felt so guilty that their mates got stuff through the year I would overcompensate at Christmas :/

Crimson Dynamo 10-12-2015 01:07 PM

she has totally lost the idea of what is going on and just gone overboard

i am sure she can justify it but its too much

maybe she could use her time more productively for her family

lostalex 10-12-2015 01:08 PM

most of it looks like clothes.

Locke. 10-12-2015 01:08 PM

It works out at an average of £5 per present, so the kids aren't spoiled because it's probably a load of ****e

lostalex 10-12-2015 01:12 PM

1500 for 3 kids and her husband is actually not that much. she just went overboard on the wrapping.

Niamh. 10-12-2015 01:12 PM

#Justiceforthechristmastree though

lostalex 10-12-2015 01:14 PM

clearly those presents aren't actually leaning up against the tree, other wise the tree would have toppled over, she just wrapped everything individually, and set it up in a way to make it look like a huge pile.

Crimson Dynamo 10-12-2015 01:14 PM

looks like she has blown her husband's

bonus

LukeB 10-12-2015 01:18 PM

maybe she shouldn't be bragging about it and probably move the presents somewhere else because you can't see the tree, but there's nothing wrong with getting too many presents. She works hard and saves up for it. The gifts are probably not that expensive too

lostalex 10-12-2015 01:20 PM

why are the presents already out anyway? in my house the presents didn't come until christmas eve.

imagine what that pile will look like after santa comes!

Kizzy your maths :omgno:

It's looks like a load of little bits, stupid really as the kids will ignore most of it once opened but her money and as long as Wonga isn't involved I can't see the issue really apart from her bragging and now being a target to get robbed

lostalex 10-12-2015 01:30 PM

those kids are gonna be unwrapping a lot of socks and t-shirts...

they'd probably rather get coal, it burns longer. kids love fire.
