I have to force myself to take Lemsips because they really do help, it's just one of those "last resort" things. If I get a cold before Christmas I'll probably have to sacrifice myself to one of those because I really don't want to spend Christmas Day with the sniffs and coughs.

I once had to drink a lemon and ginger one HGHFODBD

Hot water with a slice of fresh lemon and teaspoon of honey then take two painkillers

Don't waste your money on lemsips ( that's what my doctor told me)

The truth... But the kind we had here when I was a kid were so good that I would pretend to be sick to get one before bed... #gatewaydrugs

I do the same... Lemsips are pointless.

I do. A hot lemsip before bed helps me sleep when I have a cold. By the way, I may be 'sick', but I know my parentage.

I don't mind them.....it's a hug in a mug. The do have a decongestant in them which helps. Call me sick.....but when I am, I have them and then am no longer sick
