Channel4 edits racism
 

I was just watching BBC news and it was saying channel4 have edited some of the racist comments to make the situation look worse so increase ratings.

do they have proof?

Edit how? Like dub the voices of the people that said things and replace them with racist slurs?

Come on....... if anything theyve edited bits out! They didnt show some of the stuff on the day and aired them days later.

They cant edit making it look like someone said something unless they said it in the first place

Obviously we realise that BB edits as well as condenses all the stuff together when really only a couple of comments are made per day.
But either way what's been said has been said.
I don't have any sympathy for the people who bullied, they'll get what they deserve...

But I must admit it's all getting too negative now in the press - it's happened, the show ends in 8 days, the constant repetition of the same thing only lowers spirits.

I think people found it very hard to accept the racism at first, which is why a huge deal was made about it, to get it through to people. Now everybody has had chance to calm down and see it for the everyday problem that it is, I think the media consider it their responsibility to keep the issue in the public awareness so it doesnt get blown away in the wind. (Apart from their chance to make money.)

There is still a debate to be had from all this, and that is the only good that could come from it all.

If there really is a Police Investigation
The police will be looking through all of the tapes
They will will know what has gone on
