My immediate thought when I saw this picture, was 'how delightful'. And then I read the gruesome headline and story. Unbelievable horror. Insane.

It's an interesting picture because his whole family wife and kids are wearing vibrant colors, but he's the only one in boring white and grey colors.

It sounds like a sane man trying to plead insanity, it all sounds pre-meditated to me. I reckon he planned to kill them in advance and prepared an insanity defense to get a lesser sentence.

It reminds me of the man who shot up the cinema during The Dark Knight Rises from a few years back, during the trial he acted erratic and did strange things in an attempt to plead insanity. It sounds similar to me.
