Hahaha and people said she was the future of music :joker: this time next year she be serving us in McDonald's

Samm 01-01-2016 06:42 PM

Who cares it's her XF single, once she starts her career she'll appeal to the mainstream and not just the XF watchers

tbh

Winner singles success does not tell if the act will be successful or flop in the future.

Well it's been rumoured she going to rush it but it's not confirmed.

Shaun 01-01-2016 06:47 PM

Imagine laughing at a 17 year old girl's career as if it's in anyone else's hands but a dying irrelevant TV show and its owner.

Samm 01-01-2016 06:49 PM

I doubt her album will appeal to the Mother's Day market

Oh well she'll do better when she gets to release her own music.

For now lets celebrate Sax being back in the top 10!

But she wont will she. Even if she isn't a huge pop star she'll still be making more money than you or I'm guessing most people on this forum soo :clap1:

I love how her fans were shouting down people who weren't when XF was on about how she would be a huge pop star

Then the single flopped and doubt set in...

Now she's rushing her album and it's looking likely to be filled with covers it's ok because she's got money

:laugh2:

I feel bad for her because it's inevitable her 'fans' will abandon her soon...poor girl

Headie 01-01-2016 07:56 PM

^ People said the same about Little Mix though when they were one of the lowest-selling XF winners at the start so I don't see how people can be so sure her career is over after 1 single

The winner of the X Factor only gets money from the amount of record she sells

RichardG 01-01-2016 08:05 PM

She didn't stand a chance, I got the impression that everything about the show last year was a mess.

GiRTh 01-01-2016 08:10 PM

This doenst really mean much other than the public are sick of the winners single being number one at Xmas. If Simon decides he's gonna throw money at her career then she'll be a huge success.

He's kind of got a problem in that with Louisa he has too many female artists Eg Little Mix, Ella Henderson, Cher Lloyd. Especially now 1D are no more only Olly Murs remains as the sole male artist on his books. Not sure if Simon will dedicate the time to Louisa that he dedicated to Cher and Ella

I don't remember Cannonball missing out on the Christmas number one?

I didn't say her career was over either, but it's hardly looking good and clearly her fans aren't being very supportive if they can't even support her 1st single...the competition wasn't even that strong either.

Jordan. 01-01-2016 08:19 PM

Her fans are waiting for her own music not a bland song cover, I wouldn't call that abandoning her. I love bad assumptions tho.

Cannonball is 9th out of 12 in terms of winner single sales yet Little Mix are one of the most successful acts to come from the show. It's cute people are still acting like the winner song will determine someones career.

I dont think the winner is entitled to any money from the sale of the single.

You're right, it's a charity single

but she gets 100,000k from the tour.
