Clarification of \'white trash\' conversation - transcript

I'm re-posting this in a new thread because people keep bringing it up, and using it out-of-context like on GMTV this morning apparently.....

Somebody on the Channel 4 site posted a transcript of the 'white trash' conversation.

It's amazing when you read it how it has been taken out of context by some people.

Jermaine was quoting the words the others (it was Leo Sayer that said it) used to describe the Goodys and actually says he would never use that term to describe anyone...

But the fact is she doesnt care, have you seen that show Jerry springer have you heard about the show were they bring people on were they tell there buisness and they go crazy, they get people like that because they have no self respect.
Sometime I mean I help her because im suppose too, not suppose to but I feel it's a godly thing too do, to help her, she needs help.

Dont worry about it just be strong, you told me to calm you, I er, put it like this we have to be bigger and stronger we have too, at the end of the day we have to be bigger and stronger.

Shilpa: (laughs.)

Jermaine: just think if you hadnt walked through the door I would have been the only one in here with colour and it has nothing to do with anything, but sometimes you feel, you feel alone you feel alone, but when I saw you I felt better, no I'm okay now, i'm okay.

That's very informative. Since I haven't been watching, I didn't know what exactly had been said, but that certainly clarifies it.

White trash targets a minority of white people unlike the term **** or Niga

so you can stop your racial back lashing, as if the white population are suffering ethnic minorities, the goverment asked and offered moniroties to help the british economy after the slave trade.

As a white person im embarrassed of those idiots who registered onto this site just to stir some hatred, by using the old "were the victims in all of this " claim.
