The guy asking the question was Latin American so English would not be his first language for a start and he could have had his phone out for a number of reasons

• Translations
• Filming her response
• recording her reply
• Asking a question from a fan

I've always liked her but she was a bitch to that poor guy, his second question she interrupted could have also been about how she felt her chances were for an Oscar after winning a Golden Globe.

But also just because you like one of an actor or actress's character doesn't mean that you're going to like them in real life.

I've always thought she was a bit stuck up and had too high an opinion of herself tbh so I'm not surprised.

I personally don't even think she's that great an actress.

She didn't seem to be laughing to me and even if she was cutting him off was rude imo

I don't think it's that big a deal with all the other stuff that's going on in the world I don't think I could hate on her for that. I'm sure they will both get over it. She could be exhausted, have a headache, pms, who knows.

I'm sure I've read somewhere that the guy was trying to take photographs of her whilst he was talking, it wasn't anything useful/practical like trying to translate a question. So her reaction is pretty fair tbh.

Although her comment about the Oscars was a little unfair. But then the nominations for that haven't even been revealed so that's an odd question to ask anyway.
