It was funny because how it went down. To think New York would be in the middle of this is insane. Shows you that life is surreal.

I honestly did not know what to expect from tonight's highlights and this would have been very low on the list, but my gosh was that funny.

It was like a perfect little stage farce. I half expected manuel from fawlty towers to walk in or Brian Rix.

Human nature...human behaviour worthy of a comedy script. I am sure David Bowie would have been laughing his socks off.
Watching people deal in situations such as these shows us what human reaction...misunderstandings are all about.
The back tracking that it created...Tiffs lie about Angie saying David Gest... Angie angry at Tiffs mis interpretation however understandable. Angie not understanding that she didn't know she was talking about David Bowie..but it was only that David that was on her mind.... Dumbo from the X Factor telling everybody that Tiff wanted to talk to them when it was his idea...and John and Daniella and even Kristina taking the pack mentality...

I don't think Tiff intentionally lied about Angie saying David Gest.

I think Tiff was trying to process what Angie had said, Tiff then said you're joking right? and Angie is saying no David's dead - when your mind is swirling around the words "David's Dead" could be misheard as "David Gest"


Tiff is talking over Angie, Angie is talking over Tiff - It's just a mind-warp.

Just finished watching on +1. It was hilarious! The funniest bit was when they all ran to the bedroom to pull the cover of David and the poor man must have been completely oblivious to the idea that most of the house thought he was dead. :laugh:

It did get less funny as the ensuing argument escalated, but the initial confusion had me laughing non stop. This might make me a bad person but I couldn't help it. :hehe:

Plus during the whole encounter Tiffany shouted 'what David David??' and Angie said 'YES' at that point Tiffany meant David Gest and she thought Angie had known what she was meaning if you get what I mean..

Yes, absolutely.


Why would Tiffany ever think of David Bowie? All they have right now is the people around them and David (Gest) is one of those people.

I'm sure if and when they watch all this back they will be laughing, it must be very frustrating when you're not aware of what's happening around you. It''s very easy for us watching on to see where it all falls apart.


I don't often watch an episode for a second time, but I sure will be watching this one again.

angie has lived in david bowies shadow, writing books about him etc...she thinks everyone would immediately know its bowie, tiffany doesn't know bowie, well maybe but not the first name on her ipod Im guessing
