Avatar sizes
 

Can we possibly have larger/longer avatars, maybe 150 x 300 or something, as it would make the forum look a little nicer tbh it would just be nice and also 150 x 160 is an odd shape...

As well as that, can we maybe have larger avatar sizes, because 122kb is nothing and my avatar ends up always being blurry, it's really annoying

Yes plz I'm bored of ugly square avi's, I think the length limit should atleast be increased.

150x300 would look ridiculous and tacky, I think 150x160 is perfectly fine, I've seen lots of forums that only have 80x80. :joker:

I know it wouldn't be stretched, I was just trying to see what the height would look like.

I think it would increase the data storage and bandwidth needed considerably.

Also, if it's the proportions that don't look good, it doesn't have to be 150x160, you can make your avi thinner.

Behindbb has 200x200 sized avatars as a maximum. Would that be enough?

and while we are on the subject can we please have some limitations on the amount of text people have in their sigs and get rid of the gifs, and get rid of the "spoiler" cheats.

seriously people i've had the same avas and sigs for over 5 years... you don't need all this ****, and stop advertising your pet project threads in your sigs.

i really think we need a new rule, no more animated gifs in sigs. the gifs are just obnoxious.

(except for jessica, because that's a damn cute little hippo, and i love it)
